When I was driving all over the country a few years ago, I'd come upon billboards similar to the one below. The ironic things was, that as soon I saw one, I immediately became nervous of my surroundings. Just imagine the town meeting where someone stood up and said, "I know what we should do with that extra $600 in the budget."
